Rigid core spc flooring, also known as SPC flooring, is the ultimate choice for durable and waterproof vinyl flooring. We're all aware of vinyl's reputation for being flexible and less robust compared to traditional wood or laminate options. While WPC vinyl is indeed quite sturdy, SPC rigid core luxury vinyl flooring takes it to a whole new level, providing a solid feel akin to standing on concrete. Don't let its small and thin appearance fool you. This SPC Laminated Floor is designed with exceptional toughness, specifically tailored to withstand the demands and abuse of commercial environments. Similar to WPC, SPC rigid core vinyl flooring excels not only in functionality but also in aesthetics. With rigid core vinyl, you'll have access to the latest and most appealing wood and stone-look trends, featuring beautiful planks and tiles that are incredibly convincing.

SPC rigid core luxury vinyl flooring is usually composed of four layers.
Let's take a look at how a rigid core flooring plank is constructed, starting from the top:

1. Wear layer: This layer is responsible for offering scratch and stain resistance. It is thin and completely transparent.

2. Vinyl layer: The vinyl layer is robust and durable. It is printed with the flooring pattern and color, providing the desired aesthetic appearance.

3. Core layer: The core layer is the waterproof component, and it is typically made of either stone plastic composite (SPC) or wood plastic composite (WPC). This layer ensures the flooring's stability and resistance to moisture.

4. Base layer: At the bottom of the plank, there is the base layer. It is made of EVA foam or cork, providing additional support and stability to the flooring structure.
